Business & events

Plan the purpose, physical placement, readable design, count by version and required date together. Compare the configured price and purchased unit rather than an old promotion.

Start with your situation

Your project or questionWhat to check
Packaging or a small labelPrioritize the information that must be readable at finished size. A package seal and a giveaway may need different layouts.
A QR code is part of the artworkKeep square modules, adequate contrast and the four-module quiet zone. Test the real intended size and destination on more than one device.
A large run or event mattersConfirm each design count and a sample when appropriate. Faster shipping does not automatically shorten preparation or production.

Learn in this order

  1. How do I order and approve custom stickers?
  2. Is my artwork sharp enough to print?
  3. How should I plan production and delivery?
  4. What are border, bleed, cutline, and safe area?

Worked example: An event badge with a QR link

Check who controls the destination and how long it will stay available. Test a sample at the intended size on the intended surface, including curvature or reflections. Record the count for every version and confirm the full in-hand schedule before a bulk order. A code that scans but opens an expired offer is still unusable.

A common question

Do different designs automatically share a price break?

No. Quantity can apply per design, sheet, pack or configuration. Use the current product or quote process to confirm the arrangement you need.

Before you continue

Keep the exact artwork version, finished measurements, selected construction and intended use together. If the product or surface is uncertain, resolve that question before approval. Ask our team about your project.

Count sheets and each peelable design

A conceptual sheet contains ten numbered circular cutlines in two rows. Ten stickers per sheet multiplied by twenty sheets equals two hundred stickers.
Planning example: 10 peelable stickers per sheet times 20 sheets equals 200 stickers. The diagram does not specify a sellable layout, exact spacing, price break or purchased unit. Count each design separately when it repeats.

Read the diagram

  • The example has two rows of five individually peelable designs, numbered 1 through 10.
  • All ten designs share one release liner. The dashed rings show conceptual cutlines.
  • Ten stickers per sheet multiplied by twenty sheets equals two hundred stickers.
  • Confirm whether the product quantity means individual stickers, sheets or packs. Check actual gaps and margins in the current product setup.

Build the project plan before approving artwork

Seven planning fields connect purpose, surface, finished size, artwork version, material and finish, quantity and unit, and required in-hand date. A final review checks these together before approval.
Planning diagram. Use the actual product configuration and current estimates. The requested in-hand date does not guarantee delivery or bypass approval.

Read the diagram

  • Purpose and surface: an event giveaway, packaging label and window graphic have different construction and viewing needs. Start with the actual use.
  • Finished size and artwork version: measure the available space and identify the exact file, spelling and design revision being ordered.
  • Material, finish and quantity: choose a supported combination and confirm whether the purchased quantity means stickers, sheets or packs.
  • Required date: work backward from the in-hand need using artwork readiness, approval where required, production and carrier transit. Confirm feasibility before ordering.
  • Business example: for a box label, record the smooth application area and each design count. Event example: record the distribution count and venue arrival date. Review every configuration before approval.
