Reorders, saved artwork, and design versions — Q&A + FAQ

Keep logo versions, saved artwork, materials and proof history straight.

What if a design from years ago does not appear in my saved library?

Contact support with an old order number, email address, and an image of the design if possible. We can investigate older records or help identify the correct file. Do not assume an unrelated saved design is the same version.

Can I reorder a design with only the phone number changed?

Usually, but that is an artwork revision rather than an identical reprint. Identify the exact text to replace and review a new proof or preview before production. Keep the old version separate to avoid accidentally ordering outdated contact information.

Why is my reorder showing a different sticker size from the old invoice?

Product settings, artwork proportions, or a saved configuration may differ. Compare the actual original dimensions and the current preview before approving. If the image appears stretched or the size is uncertain, ask support to check the records.

Can I keep two logo versions saved for different businesses?

Yes, but label them clearly by brand, use, or revision date and review the selected version at checkout. Two visually similar logos can have different lettering or contact details that matter when printed in bulk.

Does a saved artwork thumbnail prove the original high-resolution file is still available?

Not necessarily. A thumbnail is a visual reference and may not contain the full-quality art used for print. Keep your master file backed up and provide it if the team requests a fresh source for a new production setup.

Should I keep the original order number when requesting an exact reprint?

Yes. The previous order number helps identify artwork, size, finish, material, and any production notes. Confirm that you want the same design rather than relying on 'same as last time' without a reference.

Can I change only the laminate on a reordered design?

Often, if the selected product supports the new finish. The artwork can remain the same while the material configuration changes, but the finished appearance may shift. Review each updated selection rather than treating the order as a visually identical repeat.

Why is an old sale price not always available when I reorder?

Deals, quantities, materials, and product pricing can change. A saved design does not preserve a permanent promotional price. Use the current store pricing and live offers to calculate the new order.

Can I make a smaller decal from a large decal that was previously approved?

Possibly, but small cut-vinyl details that worked at the large size may no longer be reliable. The team should review the artwork at the new physical size rather than automatically scaling the old cut paths down.

What if the previous batch was printed on clear vinyl but I now want white vinyl?

That is a material change with a potentially noticeable effect on color and contrast. Choose the correct new base, inspect the updated preview, and consider a sample if matching the previous appearance matters.

How can I avoid reprinting an outdated QR code destination?

Re-scan the code and verify its destination before approving a reorder. A design file can be unchanged while the linked website has moved or expired. If the code must change, send a new tested graphic and request an updated proof.

How should I compare a new batch to an older sticker that has faded outdoors?

An older outdoor sticker that has faded is not a reliable reference for its original printed color. If you want a new batch to resemble the first production run, send the original artwork, order number and, if available, an unused sticker that has been stored away from sunlight. If the artwork has changed, tell us which version to use. For color-sensitive work, select the closest target from our Color Help Chart and discuss a printed sample rather than judging only from a screen or an aged sticker. Printing conditions, material and laminate also affect appearance, so we should compare like-for-like constructions instead of promising an exact match to faded material.
