Care & troubleshooting
Care depends on the complete construction, the installation and the object underneath. Start by identifying the material and symptoms rather than applying a universal cleaner or fix.
Start with your situation
| Your project or question | What to check |
|---|---|
| Edges lift or bubbles appear | Check surface suitability, contamination and the actual application method. Avoid puncturing, extra glue or aggressive heat as default fixes. |
| Print color or detail looks unexpected | Compare the approved file and specifications. Photograph the full item and a close-up in neutral light; include the artwork version and source profile. |
| Unused stickers need storage | Keep them flat on their original liners, protected from avoidable heat, moisture and contamination. Label the design version. |
Learn in this order
Worked example: Report one affected design in a mixed order
Take a full-sheet or full-order view, a clear close-up, and a side-by-side comparison when available. Count affected pieces by design and explain the observed difference. Keep personal details out of photos intended for public sharing. Useful evidence helps our team review the actual issue; it does not predetermine the remedy.
A common question
Does a bottle photo prove dishwasher suitability?
No. Water exposure, heat, abrasion and cleaners affect the construction differently. Follow the exact material guidance and compare a relevant sample for demanding use.
Before you continue
Keep the exact artwork version, finished measurements, selected construction and intended use together. If the product or surface is uncertain, resolve that question before approval. Ask our team about your project.
